  • Free-range and organic - We favour produce that’s been reared in a free-range environment or organically. Believe us. You can tell the difference.
  • No size too small - We also are passionate about portion control. We’ll happily serve you the precise quantity you need and won’t insist you buy multipacks as we hate waste. So, whatever your recipe , we’ll happily accommodate – from a single lamb chop to a whole hog roast.
  • Expert knowledge and a personal service - Need help or advice with a recipe? Ask one of our team who collectively have over 80 years’ experience.  They’ll advise you on  quantity or the best way to cook your meat to perfection.
